These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of myCashflo.ai's website and services. By using myCashflo.ai, you agree to these Terms.

1. The service

myCashflo.ai provides an AI voice agent that places outbound calls to your customers in Arabic and English to follow up on overdue invoices, capture payment commitments, and send invoice or payment links. Features and availability may change over time.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and authorised to act on behalf of the business you represent in order to use myCashflo.ai.

3. Your responsibilities

• Provide accurate information when signing up or requesting a demo.
• Confirm that you have the right to instruct us to call the contractors and customers in the lists you upload.
• Use the service only for lawful purposes and in compliance with applicable telemarketing, debt-collection, and data-protection regulations in the UAE and any other jurisdiction where your customers are located.
• Maintain the confidentiality of any account credentials.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the service, including by attempting to disrupt it, reverse-engineer it, or use it to harass any individual or send unlawful communications.

5. Trial and pilot

If you participate in a free pilot, the trial period and conditions will be communicated during onboarding. We may end a pilot at our discretion if the service is misused.

6. Fees

Paid plans, if any, will be communicated to you in advance. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as expressly stated in your agreement with us.

7. Intellectual property

All rights in the myCashflo.ai software, brand, and content remain with myCashflo.ai or its licensors. You retain rights in the data you provide to operate the service for your business.

8. Disclaimers

myCashflo.ai is a productivity tool for accounts-receivable operations. We do not guarantee that any specific invoice will be recovered. The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, myCashflo.ai shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the service.

10. Termination

You may stop using myCashflo.ai at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if these Terms are violated or if required by law.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date will reflect any changes. Continued use of the service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of the emirate where myCashflo.ai is registered.
